Job Overview:
The ELS Engineer will support the project by assisting with device migration, setup, and early life support activities. This includes setting up the Refresh Clinic, refreshing laptops, managing stock, and ensuring accurate workflow updates under the guidance of the Site Manager and Contractor Engineer.

Location: Marne Barracks: Catterick - Richmond
Daily Rate: 19.38/hr - PAYE, 25.15/hr - UMB
Contract Length: 02nd January 2026 till 17th February 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Migration Setup and Refresh Clinic preparation
• Move devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic as instructed
• Log in to systems using contractor-provided devices under supervision
• Perform laptop refreshes following project protocols
• Accurately update the Contractor's workflow management system at each step.
• Seek guidance from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager as needed.
• Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings
• Secure devices in the onsite storage location at the end of each day

Key Requirements

• Experience in IT support, hardware refresh, or migration projects
• Familiarity with workflow management systems and basic inventory handling
• Ability to follow technical instructions and escalate issues appropriately
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, military or secure environment
