Senior UX Consultant
I am currently working with a consultancy who are actively seeking a senior UX consultant to lead UX discovery for a range of business-critical journeys in the helpdesk and self-service space.

What you'll need to succeed:
Strong identity-centric UX experience with authentification, MFA, IDV, and recovery journeys.
Strong experience designing accessible, low friction user journeys.
Strong experience with Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.
Good background in behavioural change or service design.
Strong stakeholder management skills in regulated environments.
What you'll get in return:
Up to £495pd Umbrella.
Initial 6-month contract with extensions.
Hybrid working in Manchester.
