About the role
As a Braze Platform Administrator , who is responsible for managing and maintaining the Braze Customer Engagement Platform. This role ensures proper configuration, governance, and optimization of the platform to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. The administrator will work closely with marketing, data, and technical teams to enable seamless campaign execution and data integrity.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Braze platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
- Manage API keys, SDK implementations, and technical integrations with other systems.
- Create and manage user roles, permissions, and workspace structures for secure access.
- Support marketing teams in campaign planning and customer journey orchestration.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to governance standards.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.
The must haves
- Strong understanding of Braze platform features and customer engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience with technical integrations (APIs, SDKs).
- Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and workspace structures.
- Background in digital marketing and campaign orchestration.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying languages.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Project management or certification in marketing technology.
