Role Description:

We are seeking a Business Change Analyst with strong functional expertise to support large-scale Workplace & End User Computing (EUC) transformation initiatives. The role focuses on business readiness, stakeholder engagement, process change, communications, training, and adoption, ensuring that workspace infrastructure programmes (e.g., modern workplace, endpoint uplift, collaboration tools, device refresh, identity & access changes) land effectively across the organisation.

You will act as the primary interface between business teams and technical delivery streams, translating technical change into clear business impacts, user outcomes, and operational readiness requirements. While deep technical skills are not mandatory, an understanding of modern workplace technologies (M365, Windows 11, endpoint management, VDI) is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Management & Business Readiness (Functional Ownership)

• Lead end to end change management activities for Workspace Infrastructure programmes (Modern Workplace, M365 adoption, Device/OS upgrades, Citrix/VDI changes).

• Conduct business impact assessments across user groups, roles, operations, and processes.

• Define business readiness criteria, adoption KPIs, and success metrics.

• Coordinate pilots, user acceptance activities, early adopter feedback, and readiness checks before each rollout wave.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Build strong relationships with business units, senior stakeholders, operational leads, frontline teams, and support functions.

• Develop stakeholder maps and engagement plans tailored to each user segment.

• Create and deliver clear, user-friendly communications:

o emails

o intranet content

o FAQs

o quick reference guides

o training packs

• Present updates in governance forums and support decision-making with structured recommendations.

3. Training & Adoption Enablement

• Identify training needs and create role-based training and learning materials.

• Conduct demos, workshops, roadshows, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Partner with Learning teams to ensure content is available across relevant channels (LMS, SharePoint, Intranet).

• Monitor adoption, sentiment, and post go live support trends to drive continuous improvement.

4. Business Process Alignment

• Document process changes, business workflows, and operating model impacts resulting from infrastructure upgrades.

• Work with business areas to embed new procedures, policies, controls, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure BAU support teams (Service Desk, TechOps) are prepared with updated SOPs, knowledge articles, and runbooks.

5. Governance, Reporting & Assurance

• Maintain RAID logs, highlight risks/issues early, and ensure mitigation plans are actioned.

• Track progress against readiness indicators and adoption metrics.

• Support go/no go decisions through clear reporting and evidence-based recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience (Functional Focus)

Business & Change Management

• Strong experience delivering business change within enterprise or regulated environments.

• Proven ability to design and execute change and adoption plans across large, diverse user populations.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, communication planning, and business engagement.

• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness checks, and process alignment.
