Project Manager – Smart Infrastructure (Data Centre)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver data centre, structured cabling, and technology infrastructure projects within our Smart Infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate brings strong data centre experience, a solid construction/site background, and a proven ability to manage complex technical delivery in mission‐critical environments.

Experience Required

Extensive experience delivering projects in data centre environments, including familiarity with data hall builds, white space/grey space delivery, and critical infrastructure operations.

Construction or site‐based project experience, with strong understanding of construction safety requirements and onsite coordination.

Project management experience within the structured cabling and technology infrastructure industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of project controls (initiation, planning, change control, risk, reporting).

Technical understanding of structured cabling design, installation standards, and industry‐standard testing.

Experience producing customer quotations, conducting surveys, and developing cost models.

Commercial awareness with a track record of managing project budgets and contract variations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‐solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Qualifications Desired

Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent (e.g., CTPM).

SMSTS (or equivalent construction site safety qualification).

Valid ECS Health & Safety Manager card.

Strong working knowledge of CDM regulations.
