Overview

We are supporting a major organisation through a period of significant transformation and are looking for an experienced SharePoint Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale intranet integration. This is a client-facing consulting role, operating within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, where ownership, adaptability and strong stakeholder management are essential.

You will join an established programme and project team delivering complex change across a global estate, with a clear focus on outcomes rather than process for process’ sake.

The Role

You will take end-to-end responsibility for the planning and delivery of a SharePoint intranet integration, working closely with senior stakeholders, business users and technical delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and agree the delivery approach, plan, milestones and resourcing for a SharePoint intranet integration
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale, high-visibility intranet projects within a complex organisational environment
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring progress across content migration, information architecture, change and go-live activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and technical stakeholders
  • Provide clear governance, reporting and executive-level updates
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, driving solutions and maintaining delivery momentum

Required Experience

  • Proven experience managing SharePoint intranet integration or migration projects
  • Experience delivering projects in a global environment, ideally linked to rebrand, merger or organisational change
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and drive delivery to completion
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable

  • Background in professional services or consulting
  • Experience working with legal or professional services organisations
  • Relevant project or programme management certifications

What’s on Offer

  • Opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation programme
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders within a complex organisation
  • Supportive consulting environment with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration
