The Role

The team is looking for a strong Product Manager to join a small, high-performing team, focusing on improving user onboarding and conversion. You'll play a central role in shaping the user journey — from first interaction through to product adoption — helping define, test, and scale new ideas quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Drive growth and product performance

• Improve onboarding conversion and first-activation success
• Shorten time-to-value and enhance the early user experience

Own the full product lifecycle

• Gather deep insights from customers and internal teams
• Define clear product goals, options, and trade-offs
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ship high-quality features quickly
• Use data to measure results, iterate, and continuously improve

Collaborate across the business

• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams
• Maintain clear communication, structured decision-making, and team alignment

About You

You're a resourceful, data-informed Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. You love solving complex problems, simplifying the user experience, and driving measurable business impact.

You will bring:

• Proven experience shipping complex consumer-facing products end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics and experiments
• Clear, structured communication — both written and verbal
• The ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and prioritize for impact
• A collaborative approach that balances speed with quality
• Experience in fintech, consumer tech, or AI-enabled products
• Familiarity with experimentation, product analytics, or workflow automation systems
