Senior Pigment Consultant

Henderson Drake is supporting a rapidly expanding consulting partner to hire a Senior Pigment Consultant with a strong consulting background and a track record delivering finance planning solutions across Pigment or Anaplan. This role is for someone who can run workstreams independently, handle senior stakeholders comfortably, and still stay close to the build.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of finance planning implementations end-to-end: discovery, build, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Run client workshops with FP&A and finance leadership, turning requirements into clear, workable model designs.
• Build planning models (dimensions, hierarchies, calculation logic, workflows, dashboards, access/security).
• Own project hygiene: RAID, sprint plans, documentation, UAT coordination, training, and handover.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to delivery standards and internal templates.
• Support solutioning when needed (scoping, estimates, input to proposals, demos).

Requirements:

• Consulting background with clear client-facing delivery ownership (you’ve led workstreams, not just built in isolation).
• Delivery experience for finance use cases such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workforce planning, revenue planning, or capex.
• Hands-on implementation experience across Pigment and/or Anaplan (Pigment is preferred).
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and how finance teams operate day-to-day.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and keep delivery moving when requirements change.
