The Opportunity:

We’re looking for driven, commercially-minded individual to join our Sales & Marketing division within either our specialist teams; FMCG or Construction as a Recruitment Consultant.

• Uncapped commission – earn while you learn (new starters without previous experience earn between £20k and £40k in commission in their first year on top of their basic salary)

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop new business opportunities and grow key accounts
• Gain deep industry insights to offer strategic hiring solutions
