About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in shipping and logistics, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be instrumental in coordinating engineer travel, managing shipments, and supporting both our operations and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange UK and European shipments with third-party logistics providers
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation
- Book travel and accommodation for Apex Engineers across the UK and Europe
- Process engineer expense claims and assist with billing
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics and improve service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in shipping and logistics coordination
- Solid understanding of import/export procedures
- Familiarity with processing expense reports
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
