Technical Services Specialist

*Job Description –*

We have a new role in our Technical Support Department for an office-based individual who is a tech savvy problem solver, with an interest in consumer electronics and is looking to be a part of a dynamic team, serving as a vital link between our Service and Customer Service departments.

The successful applicant would work alongside our Product Specialist and report directly to our Technical Services Manager. The role would be responsible for;

- Upholding our first-class technical & sales support to both trade professionals and end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

- Providing our internal teams with technical support.

- Oversight and day-to-day management of our spare parts database, ensuring the accuracy of compatible spare parts throughout our brands.

- Acting as the conduit between our Service and Customer Services Department, helping to manage our service administration and collating spare part orders for our Customer Services Manager.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.

- Keen interest in electronics and/or audio-visual equipment.

*Desirable Skills/Experience*_*;*_

- Experience working in retail or similar customer support/service roles.

- A working knowledge of database systems.

The role is based from our offices in Didcot, Oxfordshire. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
