Strategic Product Lead (North America)

We are looking for a Strategic Product Lead who is driven by impact and ready for a serious challenge.
You should be:
- Ready to Own It: Currently excelling in a senior Product role and hungry for the chance to take full end-to-end product ownership for a major international market
- The Go-To Expert: A proactive leader excited by the prospect of defining a new product roadmap and being the subject matter expert for North America within the business
- A Natural Collaborator: Highly effective at working with engineering, sales, and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into tangible, delivered results
The Role
As Strategic Product Lead, you will be the dedicated voice of the customer in North America, acting as the bridge between our product team and our commercial ambitions in a new market.
What you will be doing:
- Own the Market Roadmap: Define, validate, and execute a market-specific product strategy for North America, ensuring successful market fit and alignment with our global vision.
- Drive Product Delivery: Work closely with the Head of Product to define and prioritise high-value opportunities, ensuring our solutions deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
- Enable Commercial Success: Serve as the key product expert for all pre-sales activities, including supporting bids, leading product demonstrations for major prospective clients, and communicating our product direction to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure all internal teams (from operations to sales) are aligned on the product's direction and requirements for a successful North American launch.
Whilst not essential, experience in the pensions industry or the North American market would be highly beneficial.
