We're hiring an Associate at Higher

Higher is a specialist executive search firm based in London working at the intersection of AI, data and technology.

We partner with world-class startups & scaleups (like Fyxer AI, Sightline Climate, Nexcade, Comand AI) and mission-driven enterprises (like Kraken, OVO and E.ON Next), helping them hire exceptional technical specialists and leaders.

What you'll do

• Build and manage search pipelines for cutting-edge AI & data roles
• Research target markets and identify world-class candidates
• Write engaging outreach messages and candidate profiles
• Coordinate interviews and support clients & candidates through the process
• Partner with experienced consultants and the Founder on global searches

Who you are

You might be a recent graduate or early-career mover (6–24 months in).
