As part of our Technical Centre – Channel, you will play a key role in supporting and enabling our distributor network, acting as a trusted technical partner and a bridge between the market and our global R&D teams.

As part of the Technical Support Team, you will:
- Provide daily technical support to distributors and sub-distributors
- Deliver technical training on Hikvision hardware and software
- Support new product launches and technical promotions
- Analyse market and product feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent), ideally with an engineering background or relevant technical experience
- Strong IT fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Curiosity, with the ability to explain complex technologies clearly
- Flexibility: adaptable to frequent business travel across the UK and Ireland.
