IT Support Engineer

Location: Colnbrook, near Heathrow

Salary: £29,000 – £41,700 per annum (depending on experience)

We are now looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our on-site IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with end users, and gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and projects within a dynamic business environment.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be a key point of contact for IT support across the business, helping to keep our systems, networks and users operating effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-class IT support to end users
• Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software
• Supporting and maintaining IT networks and business applications
• Managing and maintaining the UK IT asset inventory
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Contributing to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams

This is an office-based role in Colnbrook, with occasional travel to local sites.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a hands-on IT role and takes pride in delivering a reliable support service. You will have:

• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A logical, analytical approach to problem solving
• A practical level of commercial awareness
• The ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business

A degree or equivalent qualification in Computing or Information Systems would be an advantage but is not essential.
