Account Executive

Account Executive Salary: £55,000-£80,000 base (£80,000-£110,000 OTE) + benefits Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)Employment: Full Time, Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business that is transforming how integrations are delivered, turning complex, project-based implementations into scalable, managed services. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth by acquiring new customers and positioning the business as a trusted partner in managed integration services.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will combine strategic sales acumen with consultative relationship building to acquire and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will identify opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and manage the sales process end-to-end, ensuring that prospects understand the value of the company's managed service solutions.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new logos across enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business and integration needs
  • Deliver solution-focused presentations, demos, and workshops tailored to client objectives
  • Manage complex sales cycles from lead qualification to deal close, including negotiation and handover to delivery teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to ensure pipeline growth and customer success
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and SaaS/service delivery developments
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting using CRM tools and sales playbooks

Account Executive Requirements: We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional who brings:

  • Experience selling managed services, outsourcing solutions, or service-based SaaS offerings
  • Strong understanding of managed services business models and recurring service value
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales enablement tools
  • Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action and ownership

Desirable:

  • Experience with ITSM, SIAM, or related service delivery frameworks
