Senior Sales Executive - Oracle & Consultancy Exp needed

About the Role

My client are an established Tier 2 Oracle Partner on a mission to become Tier 1 — and we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Executive (Hunter) to help us get there.

This is a strategic role focused on driving new business, building partnerships, and

taking ownership of their next phase of growth within Oracle Services, Cloud Solutions, SaaS, and AI. You’ll be working directly with senior leadership, shaping sales strategy, and positioning them as a trusted Oracle partner across the Western Europe market.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, engage, and win new clients across target industries
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and Oracle teams
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit and exceed targets
• Lead consultative sales conversations and create tailored solutions
• Manage your pipeline using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure client success
• Attend key industry events such as Oracle World
• Mentor and support junior sales team members

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in consultancy or IT services sales
• Proven track record of achieving £4–5 million in annual sales
• Strong experience selling Oracle services or solutions
• Knowledge of Cloud, Data, Testing, or AI solutions within the Oracle ecosystem
• Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and nurture high-value client relationships
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
• Willingness to travel across Western Europe as needed
