EMEA Account Manager

EMEA Account Manager Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000-£80,000+)Location: London (remote-first, with client-facing meetings and events)Employment: Full Time, permanent (remote with regular travel across London for client meetings and hospitality)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global B2B lead generation business with a strong presence across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Working with some of the world's leading technology vendors and global media agencies, this business has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, targeted campaigns and exceptional client outcomes. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving business development and strengthening client relationships.

The Role

As an EMEA Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client campaigns, and building strong, lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. You will work across multiple regions and product lines, representing a business at the forefront of B2B demand generation.

EMEA Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business sales in B2B technology and media agency markets
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into revenue opportunities
  • Cross-sell solutions across accounts, regions, and product lines
  • Liaise with internal operations, creative, and data teams to deliver campaigns to the highest standards
  • Present solutions to decision-makers virtually and in person
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, events, and hospitality (e.g., concerts, Formula 1, awards shows)
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and report on sales performance
  • Prepare proposals and contracts with precision and attention to detail
  • Meet and exceed agreed KPIs around client contact, outreach, and revenue growth

EMEA Account Manager Requirements:

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who brings:

  • Previous B2B sales experience (media sales desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work to targets and KPIs
  • A relationship-driven approach and willingness to attend client entertainment activities
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator)
  • Based in London with the ability to attend client meetings regularly
  • Additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) would be advantageous
