Their end-to-end SaaS platform is designed to empower organisations with tools for rostering, HR, learning, and vendor management - supporting workforces of up to 10,000 employees and managing staffing spend exceeding £20 million annually.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of B2B Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and adoption across a diverse customer base in a vital industry.

 

The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and creative Head of B2B Marketing to take ownership of the company's marketing strategy, leading all demand generation and content initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll develop and execute campaigns that attract, engage, and convert business customers.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - working cross-functionally with product, sales, data, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact results. A strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, and data-led decision-making is key to success.

 

Key Responsibilities -

 

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and deliver a robust content and demand generation strategy that positions the company as a thought leader within the workforce technology space.
  • Create and manage high-value content such as white papers, case studies, webinars, and data-driven insights that speak directly to customer challenges.
  • Oversee campaign management across key digital channels - particularly LinkedIn (organic and paid) and Google (SEO and SEM).
  • Define performance metrics, build dashboards, and report on campaign impact, pipeline growth, and content effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities and product innovation.
  • Develop impactful sales enablement materials, product collateral, and go-to-market assets.
  • Capture and promote customer success stories that demonstrate the platform's real-world value.

Innovation & Optimisation

  • Introduce and embed AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance content creation, campaign performance, and analytics.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to continuously refine strategy and maintain a leading position in the industry.

 

About You -

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of building and executing successful digital and content-led campaigns.
  • Strong background in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS or workforce technology.
  • Skilled in managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other key platforms.
  • Confident working with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to track and optimise performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product features into compelling customer stories.
  • A forward-thinking marketer comfortable using AI and automation tools to scale marketing impact.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience within the health or social care sector.
  • Knowledge of workforce management, HR, or rostering software solutions.

 

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
