Want to Build Digital Products That Empower the Next Generation?

Do you enjoy creating platforms that blend data, design, and user behaviour?

Are you looking for a senior product role where your strategy makes a real impact?

This could be the next step in your product leadership journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of a core product area with influence over strategy, roadmap, and delivery
  • Create AI and data-informed features that elevate user experience and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams
  • Use behavioural insight and market data to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Deliver meaningful outcomes for a user base that spans individuals and institutions

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape digital tools that make a measurable difference.

About You

You are an experienced Product Manager or Product Lead with a strong understanding of how to turn user insight into scalable, effective product solutions. You care about user experience, business value, and continuous improvement.

In this position, you will:

  • Work across digital platforms
  • Lead initiatives that incorporate personalisation, automation, or workflow enhancements
  • Use tools such as Looker, Google Analytics or SQL to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with UI and UX teams to maintain a user-first design approach
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to align around clear product goals
  • Influence both near-term delivery and long-term product vision

We are also looking for:

  • A track record of delivering user-centric products, ideally in SaaS or multi-sided platforms
  • Experience with AI-driven features or automation tools
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including comfort working with metrics and dashboards
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) and prototyping tools
  • A strategic mindset, combined with attention to detail and delivery focus

Knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO principles or rapid prototyping tools is a plus but not required.

What You'll Enjoy

  • A role where your product decisions directly impact real users
  • A flexible hybrid working model with a collaborative and supportive team
  • An environment that values creativity, autonomy, and continuous improvement
  • The chance to work on purpose-driven platforms that bring real value to people's lives

A Commitment to Inclusion

We and our client are committed to fostering a culture of equity and inclusion. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and identities. If you're excited about this role but don't meet every listed requirement, we still want to hear from you.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're looking to lead innovative product work that supports personal and professional growth for others, we encourage you to apply now. This is your chance to help shape a platform with purpose.
