Job Title: Data Product Executive

Salary: £45,000 - £62,500 per annum

We are supporting a major financial services client on a large-scale data transformation programme and are seeking a Data Product Executive with strong experience working in data-led environments. This role is suited to a product professional who understands data platforms, data products, and data-driven delivery, and can translate complex data needs into clear, prioritised outcomes aligned to business value.

You will operate at the intersection of data, product, and delivery, working closely with product owners, data engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders. While not a hands-on technical role, this position requires deep exposure to data concepts such as data flows, data quality, reporting, and data consumption. You will manage backlogs, shape roadmaps, prioritise features, and ensure data products are delivered to agreed standards, with appropriate consideration for risk, controls, and governance.

To be successful, you will bring strong data domain knowledge combined with product delivery experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work confidently across technical and non-technical teams. Experience working in agile environments, managing competing priorities, and delivering change within complex data landscapes is essential. The role is based in Northampton, with hybrid working.
