ServiceNow Platform Owner

We're working with a growing UK-based organisation that is investing heavily in its ServiceNow platform and sees it as a strategic enabler across the business. They are looking to appoint a ServiceNow Platform Owner to take end-to-end ownership of the platform, drive adoption, and shape how ServiceNow is used now and in the future.
This role combines hands-on platform involvement with strong stakeholder engagement, offering real influence over roadmap, priorities, and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities-
Own the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and ongoing development

Act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow across the organisation

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into platform solutions

Drive adoption and expansion of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple functions

Provide governance around platform usage, standards, and best practice

Oversee enhancements, upgrades, and integrations

Balance strategic ownership with hands-on configuration and optimisation where required

Manage relationships with implementation partners and vendors

Ensure the platform delivers measurable business value

Strong experience working with ServiceNow in a platform ownership, product owner, or lead role

Broad understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or similar)

Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders

Comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity as well as at a strategic level

Ability to champion ServiceNow and promote its value across the business

Experience working in growing or transforming organisations is highly desirable

ServiceNow certifications are a plus, but not essential
