Finance & Procurement Service Lead

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: UK - Home Based (please note: you must be based in the UK to be considered for this opportunity)

Salary: £80,000 - 100,000 per annum depending on experience

Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced Finance and Procurement Service Lead to support a major transformation programme. The role focuses on designing and delivering high quality Finance and Procurement services for a new shared service model.

You must have strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP service design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of Finance and Procurement services and operating models

• Contribute to the Service Blueprint and High Level Operating Model

• Run workshops with client and third-party SMEs

• Ensure service design aligns with Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities

• Support transition planning, testing and early life operations

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience designing Finance and Procurement services within large programmes

• Strong Oracle Fusion ERP service design experience

• Background in leading sizeable operational teams in outsourced environments

• Stakeholder engagement skills, including working across multi party delivery models

• Experience managing phased service transition and hypercare
