IT Support Analyst – On-Site (5 Days) – Driving Licence & Own Car Required
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our small, high-performing IT team. This is a fully on-site, end-user-facing role , providing 1st-line support across two local offices, so a full driving licence and own transport are essential .
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for internal IT queries
- Provide face-to-face and phone support
- Escalate issues when required
- Assist with hardware/software tasks and office moves
- Support ongoing IT projects
