Purpose of the role
The Media Ops Lead is responsible for driving campaign delivery and operational excellence across OpCos by defining robust governance frameworks and ensuring strict SLA compliance. This role orchestrates seamless execution through high-level collaboration across Ops, Tech, Data, and Sales teams to resolve escalations and maintain service reliability. Ultimately, the position focuses on driving process efficiency, monitoring KPIs, and building the capabilities of local teams to institutionalize continuous improvement across all markets.
Your responsibilities
- Define and maintain operational frameworks, SLAs, and governance mechanisms to ensure delivery quality across all markets
- Manage operations, resource planning, and escalation management to maintain consistency and reliability
- Lead collaboration across Ops, Tech & Data, and Sales teams to drive seamless execution and problem resolution
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and client satisfaction
- Drive process-improvement initiatives to enhance campaign efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Facilitate post-campaign reviews and best-practice sharing to institutionalize continuous improvement
- Build the capabilities of OpCo operations teams through coaching, training, and standardized tools
Your skills, experience and qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in media operations, campaign management, or service delivery within high-growth, multi-market organizations
- Demonstrated success in leading teams through process optimization, workflow automation, and delivery standardization
- Strong understanding of SLA design, QA protocols, and incident management frameworks, with the ability to balance speed, efficiency, and quality
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial, and delivery functions
- Collaborative and structured leader who builds systems of accountability and operational rigor
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans
