Assistive Technology Trainer

Role Overview: We have a client who are seeking ambitious trainers to deliver bespoke sessions on assistive software and hardware to students with disabilities and neurodiversity (including ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia).

What You'll Do:

  • Bespoke Training: Create tailored learning plans based on individual needs assessments.

  • Adaptable Coaching: Pivot your teaching style to suit different learning preferences.

  • Tech Mastery: Train users on a variety of assistive technology tools to boost their independence.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by attending professional development workshops.

We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Ideally you will have a background in teaching/training (ideally within the disability sector or within I.T)

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly.

  • Logistics: A logical problem-solver who is comfortable with hybrid (remote/onsite) working.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
