Our software tool suites are leaders in their niches and are gaining momentum in wider markets. Now, we’re looking for a Finance & HR Coordinator who’s passionate about technology and ready to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What we’re looking for

As our Finance & HR Coordinator, you’ll primarily work alongside our HR and Finance Manager on, well, all things HR and Finance. However the role reaches beyond that, helping to support the whole team with their admin activities. Examples of some of the work you could be doing include managing our financial accounts, assisting with hiring/onboarding, helping with business tenders, monitoring timesheets and holidays, and supporting with business contracts.

We’re a small company with big ambitions so we need people in these roles to be flexible, reactive and ready to get their hands dirty and jump into various activities.

Skills and Experience

We’re after someone who has experience in UK taxation and financial controls (ideally as a Finance Technician or similar, although formal qualifications are not mandatory), and has impeccable written communication skills. Experience in HR would be great but isn’t mandatory.

Alongside that, we’re after someone who is:

  • organised with a meticulous attention to detail
  • proactive, positive, and good at solving problems on the fly
  • self-motivated and willing to help wherever help is required.

Working Hours

We offer flexible and family-friendly hours where possible. This role could be full-time or part-time, and we’re flexible on what days/hours are worked, as long as the majority of the hours overlap with our core UK operating hours of 9:00-18:00 M-F. We are happy to cater the format of the role around the right candidate.

What can we offer you?

Covid drove us from remote-friendly to fully-remote and we currently do not have a physical office. There may be occasional London-based team meetings.
