Corporate Legal Counsel
Our client is a cutting-edge space technology company who are developing the world’s first space-based cellular broadband network, enabling standard mobile devices to connect anywhere on the planet. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney / Legal Counsel to support complex commercial partnerships across Europe.
The Role
- Lead and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements
- Advise on telecoms regulatory and compliance matters
- Support cross-functional teams across legal, engineering, finance, and BD
- Build scalable legal frameworks for a rapidly growing global business
- Oversee external counsel and support international operations
What You’ll Bring
- UK-qualified lawyer
- Minimum of 7+ years PQE in telecoms, satellite, or advanced tech
- Prior experience negotiating complex strategic transactions and partnership deals with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and strategic technology partners and suppliers
- Law firm and/or in-house legal experience within a telecommunications or technology company
- Familiarity with international telecom regulations and cross-border agreements
- Experience in satellite communications or emerging technologies
