IT Support Engineer (Onsite - Leeds)
Contract to March 2026 | £220/day | Inside IR35 | Onsite Only

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a leading managed services provider, working onsite at a high-profile end-user environment in Leeds. This is a customer-facing role based at a central Leeds office, with occasional travel to a secondary site in Castleford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering hands-on IT support at the onsite Tech Bar, assisting end users with both hardware and software issues.

  • Supporting and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS devices, and AV/meeting room systems.

  • Managing devices and configurations using Intune and Jamf.

  • Providing hardware support for laptops, desktops, iPhones, and related peripherals/screens.

  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with business users.

Tech Stack & Environment:

  • Microsoft Intune

  • Jamf (macOS management)

  • AV support (screens, meeting room tech)

  • Hardware: HP, Macs, iPhones

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven background in IT Support within an onsite, customer-facing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments.

  • Experience with Intune and Jamf is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate customer service excellence and examples of going above and beyond to support users.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Leeds city centre (occasional travel to Castleford)

  • Duration: Until March 2026

  • Rate: £220/day

  • Engagement: Inside IR35, onsite only
