AEM Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst (AEM) - £500 PD – Outside IR 35 – 3 monthsA leading banking institution is urgently seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technical Business Analyst / Lead for a 3-month contract paying up to £500 PD on a hybrid basis (occasional travel to site in London).  This role sits at the intersection of business, design, and technology — driving the enhancement of AEM capabilities for internal email content creation via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You’ll act as the crucial bridge between creative and technical teams — translating business requirements for dynamic email artwork into clear, actionable technical specifications and guiding the design of scalable AEM components.Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to capture and document business needs, user stories, and specifications for new AEM components.
• AEM Strategy & Design: Provide expert input on AEM architecture, component and template design, and content workflows.
• Platform Governance: Ensure all solutions follow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience analysing complex business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Deep knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, templates, components, and publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with core web technologies – HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience or strong understanding of AEM integration with SFMC or other email deployment platforms.
