Hybrid - Sheffield 3 day/week + attend client sites Sheffield & Leeds

Compensation: £40-50k + double OTE (uncapped) + full benefits package

We're partnering with an award-winning, rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider to find a driven Account Manager (New Business) to grow Managed IT Services across their client base in Sheffield and Leeds.

This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognised business delivering tailored digital infrastructure solutions to over 2,000 UK clients. With a people-first culture, strong leadership, and a collaborative environment, this organisation empowers its teams to thrive and grow professionally.

The Role:

  • Sell Managed IT Services into existing accounts, alongside Account Managers managing the wider portfolio.
  • Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects and technical experts to craft bespoke proposals.
  • Develop and present tailored IT service offerings based on client needs.
  • Take ownership of forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce / NetSuite).
  • Support the wider sales strategy with event planning, campaign execution, and pipeline development.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
  • Hybrid working: 1 day/week in Sheffield office, remainder flexible/remote.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven B2B tech sales experience, ideally in Managed IT Services, Modern Workplace, Cloud, or related technology solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and ability to balance new business generation with account retention.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a fast-growing, award-winning MSP.
  • Comfortable using sales tools and CRMs (Salesforce / NetSuite preferred).
  • Enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
