About the Position:
Join our dynamic Client Experience Team at our high-growth client, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming financial markets through innovative Daml and Canton-based solutions. You'll engage with diverse clients, tackle exciting challenges, and drive impactful outcomes that reshape the future of finance.
Start Date: Flexible
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in the office.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the delivery of Daml-based solutions, leveraging your domain expertise to inform and drive client engagements.
- Collaborate with Sales and clients on pre-sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition from pre- to post-sales.
- Understand customer needs through workshops and research, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Manage key client relationships, guiding them through the implementation of solutions and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Own project management activities, ensuring governance and alignment with client expectations while maximizing efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in product development or application management, with a strong focus on business analysis.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and best practices in enterprise software development.
- Exceptional client relationship skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of designing complex processes while maintaining a holistic view.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Experience in the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
- Proven track record in providing advisory services or working with top-tier advisory firms.
- Leadership experience, particularly in mentoring or guiding teams through complex projects.
Experience Required:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in product development or application management.
Education:
- BS or MS in Computer Science is preferred.
