About the Role

As a Sales Executive / SDR, you will own and scale the top of the funnel, drive outbound engagement with senior stakeholders, and book high-quality meetings that materially impact revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and direct influence on the go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage C-suite and senior leaders at high-growth and enterprise businesses through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • Identify, qualify, and book high-value meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Lead intelligent discovery conversations that uncover business challenges and strategic priorities
  • Craft compelling, personalised messaging that cuts through noise
  • Build and refine target account lists and strategic outreach plans
  • Collaborate with leadership to align pipeline generation with broader revenue goals
  • Use modern sales tools (CRM, sequencing, analytics) to optimise performance and track metrics
  • Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve conversions
About You

We’re looking for someone with a high-growth mindset, excellent judgment, and strong commercial instincts.

You are likely to have:

  • 1–5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, tech sales, recruitment technology, or adjacent roles
  • A consultative approach to conversations and thoughtful discovery
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • A long-term mindset and desire to grow into leadership roles

AI experience is helpful but not essential — curiosity, credibility, and energy matter more.
