Graduate IT Support Technician

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing our internal infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments. This is a hands-on position offering exposure to real-world systems, user support, and the opportunity to grow within a structured and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line support across the firm’s internal systems and user devices
• Assist with the administration and optimisation of Azure-based services and Office 365 tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate where appropriate
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and permissions
• Contribute to system documentation and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• A degree (or equivalent) in Computing, IT, or a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 (academic or practical exposure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach
• Excellent communication and a professional manner
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a legal business environment
