We’re on the hunt for a passionate and proactive 2nd/3rd Line Support Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies. You’ll be the go-to person for complex client issues, working across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and more.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing escalated technical support to clients via remote tools and on-site visits
- Managing and resolving complex issues across Microsoft-based environments
- Collaborating closely with consultants to design, implement, and refine solutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients get the most from their tech stack
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a 2nd or 3rd line support role
- Strong hands-on skills with MS technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange)
- A cool head under pressure and a knack for translating tech speak into plain English
