IT Infrastructure Analyst

IT Infrastructure analyst urgently required for my client in Swindon.

You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing troubleshooting, system support, and guidance to staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a genuine interest in technology. You will be providing hands on support and technical engagement orientated around MS 365, both on prem and cloud.

Previous experience in an IT support role and strong hands on infrastructure experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS, Office 365, and basic networking, sharepoint.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

A customer-first attitude and ability to work under pressure. Must be eligible for security clearance.
