Infrastructure Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Manager to join a rapidly growing business and take ownership of their Microsoft-based environment. You will oversee and develop the company’s IT infrastructure, managing a modern stack built around Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365. This is a senior, technical position suited to someone with strong 3rd line or systems administration experience who’s ready to lead infrastructure and security improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure (servers, networking, security).
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
• Deliver infrastructure and security projects — migrations, DR, Cyber Essentials, and Intune rollout.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point and lead internal IT support.
• Manage IT vendors and maintain system documentation and standards.

About you

• 3–5+ years’ experience in infrastructure, systems admin, or 3rd line roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows Server.
• Networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs).
• Experience improving infrastructure resilience and security.
• Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell scripting, and mentoring experience.
