IFS Project Manager – IFS Cloud Upgrade / Re-Implementation

Contract: 12 Months

Hours: 5 Days per Week

Location: Hybrid (UK-Based)

Overview

We are supporting a major customer undertaking a significant IFS Upgrade / Re-Implementation to IFS Cloud . As part of this transformation, we are looking for an experienced IFS Project Manager to take full ownership of the programme and ensure successful delivery across the business.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of an IFS Cloud Upgrade / Re-Implementation , ensuring project milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Manage governance, risk, budget, and project documentation to ensure a controlled and well-structured implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the UK and Germany, including internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, status reporting, and project steering meetings with senior leadership.
• Ensure business readiness, change management, and a smooth transition into IFS Cloud.

Key Experience Required

• Proven experience as an IFS Project Manager on upgrades, implementations, or re-implementations, ideally including IFS Cloud .
• Strong background delivering complex, multi-site ERP projects .
• Experience working with teams or stakeholders in both Germany and the UK is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills with a focus on delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to work confidently in fast-paced programme environments.

Working Model

• Hybrid working (UK-based with occasional travel if required).
• Full-time contract: 5 days per week .
• 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.
