Digital Trainer

We are seeking passionate and dynamic Digital Trainer's based in Preston to help our operational teams successfully adopt and utilize the OCU One platform and other digital systems. The Role

As the Digital Trainer, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts, delivering engaging and impactful training to operational teams across multiple UK sites. Acting as a vital link between technology and day-to-day operations, you’ll ensure that OCU One and related digital tools are successfully adopted and effectively used to drive operational excellence. You’ll provide training, offer post-launch support, and ensure compliance, all while working closely with various teams to maximize adoption and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience delivering training, onboarding, or change management initiatives within a technology or operations context.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, ERP platforms, or operational digital systems (e.g., warehouse management, WFM) is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of project rollout methodologies and user adoption strategies.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK to support training and operational needs.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Training and working closely with Programme Leads, Project Managers, IT Teams, and Regional & Local Operations Managers.
