Prophet 21 Business Analyst

Overview:

Our client, is seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the ERP team, ensuring P21 solutions meet operational requirements and drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across P21 modules including inventory, distribution, sales, purchasing, and finance.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Support testing activities, including creating test scripts, executing UAT, and resolving issues.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and recommending improvements.
• Deliver training and documentation to end-users.
• Participate in ERP projects, upgrades, and integrations, providing functional expertise.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Epicor Prophet 21.
• Strong understanding of distribution, supply chain, and finance processes.
• Experience with system testing, UAT, and ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

• Experience with P21 customisations and reporting tools.
• SQL or data analysis knowledge.
• ERP project implementation or upgrade experience.
