If you're an experienced Python Engineer wanting more autonomy and the opportunity to build real impact products, you may be interested in this fully remote Senior Python Engineer role, where you'd build out a USP decision making tool with millions of users a month.
Salary to £65k + £3k bonus + £3600 shares pa, 6% pension, 25 days holiday (rising to 30), Flex hours, healthcare, car/travel insurance discounts + more!

- You'll build an innovative Fintech decision making platform in Python & AWS, a USP for the business which eliminates fraud in the industry
- You'd play a key role at a fast-growth scale-up backed by a FTSE250 that has taken multiple Finance markets by storm, and be instrumental in integrating this platform across 4 high-traffic product streams
- You'll be the Senior on a new team, with autonomy over production systems, mentoring juniors & play a key role in design decision making.
What we need:
- Strong Python software engineering skills, ideally with FastAPI/Django/Flask
- Good experience with Cloud - any platform experience is fine (they use AWS)
- Either experience or drive to mentor junior team members - happy to consider Seniors or mid-level engineers ready for that step-up
