What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for network incidents and service requests
- Monitor network performance and escalate issues to Level 2/3 teams when required
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to operational processes
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in networking and telecommunications
- Experience working with demanding customers in a global NOC environment
- Proficiency in trouble ticketing systems and incident management workflows
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
