What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for Technology & Transformation talent, giving both clients and candidates the VIP treatment.
• Building relationships with our UK client network, demonstrating why we're the go-to partner for scaling their teams.
• More than just placements: you'll be supporting candidates from application to onboarding, building relationships that last.
• Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs inside and out.
• Sharing your successes (our marketing team will help you build your personal brand).
• Getting involved in the UK transformation scene, from events to webinars.

What You'll Need:

• Proven 360 Perm/Contract experience, including new business development.
• Ideally, experience in a vertical market.
• A genuine passion for connecting with candidates and staying ahead of recruitment trends.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, and an open mind.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (we're a Google shop).
• A commitment to inclusive workplaces.
• Bonus points for karaoke skills, a good sense of humour, and being a genuinely good person.
