Executive Technical Support

This position is based in Milton Keynes, UK office headquarters.
Provides support to the organization's executive leadership team of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes); answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures, and is typically located within a call center; collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems; maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems
In this role, you will:
  • Seasoned individual contributor working as a technical support to executive leadership team
  • Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all IT solutions at supported Office, facility, and remote executive leadership members.
  • Experience with network and server equipment, knowledge of network security, and assist with server and network deployment experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic, intermediate, and advanced Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting and assisting with network and server issues
  • Analyze computer issues and quickly develop the best course of action.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite and various productivity software
  • Assist onsite and remotely to support other facilities and associates within EMEA.
  • Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
  • Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
  • Makes minor adjustments to working methods.
  • Explain practices, procedures, and policies to reach agreements with others outside of the job area.
  • Provides technical support and collaborates with various IT functions to complete IT projects
  • Assist with UAT testing and troubleshooting post change implementation.
  • Ensure the Board room and Conference meeting rooms are always ready for our executive leadership team to use.
  • Proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job.
  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function, normally receives little instruction on daily work.
  • Determines methods and procedures for new assignments.
What you bring to the role:
  • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years' functional experience with an emphasis on white glove support. Or HS diploma with a minimum of 8 years of functional experience including 4 years position specific experience.
  • Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Experience with PC/Laptop repair and troubleshooting to include Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Management
  • Experience with Active Directory or Azure AD.
