Bid Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and deliver high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders in the IoT / telecoms space. This hybrid role combines hands-on bid writing with end-to-end bid coordination, working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the bid process from qualification through submission
• Write clear, persuasive responses translating technical content into customer-focused proposals
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs and manage deadlines, reviews, and compliance
• Analyse bid documents to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation
• Develop solution descriptions, diagrams, and value propositions
• Maintain bid content libraries and pipeline trackers

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager / Proposal Manager in IoT, telecoms, or technology
• Strong writing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to tailor responses to customer priorities and evaluation criteria
• Solid understanding of IoT connectivity or mobile telecoms
• Highly organised and comfortable working under tight deadlines
