Scrum Master

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with at least 6 years in the role, preferably with prior experience as a Project or Delivery Manager handling stakeholder and risk management. A background in banking or financial services is essential, along with certification as a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master. This role requires deep knowledge of Agile practices, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to remove impediments, manage risks, and foster collaboration. The candidate should be adaptable, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement, promoting a culture of transparency, empowerment, and trust within the team.

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Prior experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager to include stakeholder management and risk management
• Prior banking or financial experience
• Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master
