Business Development Manager

Inspirec has partnered with a cutting-edge digital and cyber security Consultancy that provides large-scale technology programmes within the public and private sectors. As part of their exponential growth over the past 12 months, our client is seeking to expand their Sales team by hiring an experienced Client Partner.
In this role you will be responsible for producing qualified leads, cold calling, booking meetings, and supporting our sales pipeline across both the UK and UAE markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong track record in lead generation, and the ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Cold Calling & Initiate contact with potential clients, introduce the company’s offerings, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Develop outreach strategies tailored to both the UK and UAE markets, ensuring an understanding of regional needs and dynamics.Actively attending networking events within the company’s niche, working closely with technical teams to stay on top of industry trends.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients, working in conjunction with colleague to expand business.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, increase lead conversion rates, and optimize sales processes.
- Utilise CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions from initial contact to the sales process.
- Use sales engagement platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in lead generation activities.
Essential Experience:
- 3/5 years in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role with a proven track record in cold calling and booking meetings.
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for engaging with clients in the UK and UAE.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable working across different time zones, primarily focusing on the UK and UAE markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Collaborative approach, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, etc.).
