Acturis Project Lead 6 month FTC

As Acturis Project Lead, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of a major Acturis systems programme, ensuring successful implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation.

This role will take ownership of defining and managing project scope, objectives, plans, milestones, dependencies and success measures, maintaining strong delivery discipline while balancing commercial, operational and regulatory requirements. Robust governance will be a core focus, with responsibility for clear reporting, documentation and oversight throughout the full project lifecycle.

Acting as a senior point of accountability for Acturis-related deliverables, the role will provide constructive challenge to ensure technical accuracy, data integrity and regulatory compliance. A key element will be the ability to translate complex system and insurance outputs into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences, enabling confident decision-making at senior leadership level.

Operating as the primary interface between finance, risk, insurance teams and senior leadership, the position will drive effective communication, escalation and decision-making across the programme. Close collaboration with senior stakeholders will be essential to maintain alignment, resolve issues and achieve agreed outcomes.

Beyond programme delivery, the role will proactively identify opportunities to enhance Acturis processes, controls and delivery models, supporting a more scalable, efficient and resilient operating environment.

What you’ll bring

A proven Acturis professional with extensive experience within a general insurance environment and a demonstrable track record of leading the end-to-end delivery of major Acturis systems initiatives.

A strong background in insurance systems, transformation or change programmes, with the confidence to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to simplify technical detail and influence senior audiences.

Highly organised, delivery-focused and commercially aware, with the confidence to challenge constructively and maintain momentum within a regulated setting.
