I’m hiring Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultants to join a growing delivery team supporting complex, enterprise payroll programmes across the UK and Europe.

This role suits someone who enjoys owning payroll design, leading workshops and acting as the functional lead on projects.

The role

• End-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations

• Payroll configuration including schemas, rules and PCRs

• Business process design and client workshops

• Integration across HCM modules

• Data migration, testing and post go-live support

• Lead small teams or delivery streams

Experience required

• 5–6+ years SAP HCM Payroll experience

• Multiple full lifecycle implementations

• Strong functional configuration expertise

• Confident stakeholder engagement

• Consulting mindset and customer-focused approach

• SAP Payroll certification desirable
