We have a long-term opportunity for support analysts with a solid grounding in 1st / 2nd line support to form part of their long-established IT Service Desk, managing phone calls, e-mail and remote queries.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of, or gain experience across a range of technology, including the following:
·Active Directory and Exchange
·Windows 10
·Microsoft Office / O365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
·Microsoft teams
·PCs, Mobiles, Laptops, etc
